Leslie first began her study of Pilates after the birth of her son. She immediately connected with the strength and stability that the method offered to her body. Inspired by her results, she started her certification training in 2008. As a lifelong lover of fitness, she feels truly fortunate to have a career that allows her to share her passion with others. Her goal for every session is to implement a program that leaves the client feeling like they've worked every muscle group in a purposeful way. An avid runner who has completed three marathons, her fitness philosophy is to challenge yourself every day, and at least once a week, commit to a session that pushes you to go past your comfort zone.
