Ruth believes that when we view fitness and exercise as a gift it creates a lifelong practice, enhancing joy and health. So after 25+ years of training in a corporate setting, she decided to build on her 9 years of private Gyrotonic instruction lessons, and pursue a certification and teaching practice.
The extensive training required for certification has helped her deepen the experience in her own body, understanding and managing arthritis and the rehabilitation of two hip replacements. She is excited about bringing the gift of the Gyrotonic Method to others – helping them to create more space, strength and well-being in their bodies.
