In this free and informative workshop we'll explore risk factors for bone loss as well as the most important elements to include in your exercise program. About the instructor


Heather is a Gyrotonic teacher trainer, licensed massage therapist, and studio owner. She loves partnering with people to make profound changes in their lives through the transformative power of movement.

Ruth is a certified Gyrotonic instructor and avid cyclist. She is excited about bringing the gift of the Gyrotonic Method to others – helping them to create more space, strength and well-being in their bodies.
