We ask that all students take an initial private session before joining a group class.

We are continually forming new REFORMER GROUP classes, which are scheduled according to the needs of the participants. Please contact us if you are interested in joining one!

Class Descriptions

Gentle GYROKINESIS®

Gyrokinesis classes gently work the entire body, opening energetic pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. The majority of the class is done seated on a stool for a supported workout that mobilizes the spine, shoulders, and hips.

Gentle Yoga

This class enables everyone to experience the mental and physical benefits of yoga by blending influences from Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. It includes poses modified for your individual needs as well as stretches and breathing exercises to help you incorporate balance and mindfulness into daily life. Everyone is welcome!

Intermediate GYROKINESIS®

Gyrokinesis classes gently work the entire body, opening energetic pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. This class includes work done on the stool, standing, and on the mat for a full workout that allows you to move every part of your body.

Pilates Mat Class

Our mat classes use the fundamental Pilates principles of breath, alignment, and correct form combined with a good dose of fun to give you a safe, full-body workout that will leave you feeling taller, stronger, and more alive. Classes may use a variety of small equipment and offer modifications for various different levels.

Reformer Class

The reformer, the most popular piece of Pilates equipment, uses spring resistance to add challenge to exercises. Reformer classes offer a fun, safe, and challenging Pilates workout that tones the whole body while improving posture, strength, and flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga

Heat up your mornings and find your flow with our vinyasa yoga class that will warm your body and ignite your spirit. Bring your yoga mat, a smile, and an open mind. You just might find that edge you were looking for! Just remember, if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.
